Role Description The Human Resources Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including managing HR processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring accurate and timely implementation of HR policies and procedures. The manager will handle employee relations issues, support performance management activities, coordinate recruitment operations, and supervise onboarding and offboarding processes.

The role also involves partnering with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and driving HR-related reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end HR functions.




- Candidates should possess HR Operations and HR Policies expertise, including process standardization and policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to handle conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and workforce communication.
- Relevant experience in HR compliance, labor law awareness, and HR documentation practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office applications.
