Role Overview

Manager - HR will own end-to-end HR operations for VMD, driving talent acquisition through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels, and managing the complete employee lifecycle from joining formalities to exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates via LinkedIn and other channels across functions
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from joining formalities to exit formalities, ensuring smooth transitions at every stage
- Own onboarding and induction, ensuring new hires are documentation-compliant and integrated quickly into the organization
- Maintain and update HR documentation, records, offer letters, appointment letters, and employee personal files
- Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlement, relieving, and experience letter processes




- Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and build strong recruitment pipelines
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
- Handle employee enrolment and PF & ESIC registration in line with statutory requirements
- Drive KPI & KRA management, including goal-setting, tracking, and performance reviews
- Support HR policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives

Skills & Competencies

- Robust hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, including sourcing and pipeline-building via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Good knowledge of end-to-end HR operations, from joining formalities to exit formalities
- Working knowledge of labor law and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS tools; comfort with AI-based recruitment tools shall be an advantage
- High ownership, discretion in handling sensitive employee matters, and ability to multitask
