Talasha has been mandated to hire a HR Manager for an impact-focused, RBI registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) (Non deposit accepting) based in Bangalore. It extends loans (debt) to enterprises across India that strive to have positive social, financial and/or environmental impact. This is a generalist HR role that will be responsible for hire-to-retire

Responsibilities

- Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Management: Meet hiring targets, simplifying the onboarding process for new hires & ensuring a smooth transition.
- HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies in line with company goals. Support performance management, engagement, and talent development efforts. Analyze HR metrics regularly to guide strategic decisions.
- Payroll Processing - Process the monthly payrolls for the organisation & work towards automating the payroll process
- Policy Development, Compliance, and Documentation: Create and uphold strong HR and administrative policies. Keep precise records, updated to meet legal standards. Offer counseling on HR policies to ensure fairness and compliance.
- Team Management:



Work towards a positive workplace culture by promptly addressing employee concerns and proactively resolving issues. Efficiently handle daily administrative HR tasks such as leave management.
- Performance Management: Establish a robust performance appraisal system, incorporating goal setting and regular reviews. Monitor employee performance closely, collaborating with managers to identify areas for improvement and development opportunities.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Supervise daily administrative operations to improve efficiency and resource management. Coordinate senior management agendas, travel, appointments, and correspondence promptly. Maintain accurate records and databases covering personnel, financial, and relevant data.
- HR Compliances - Ensure timely HR compliances & accurate filings of PF, Gratuity, etc

Positive to Have -

- 3-5 years of proven experience in Human Resources
- Experience in HR Generalist roles managing hire-to-retire
- Prior experience working in startups in individual contributor roles
