We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in HR Operations, Payroll, Statutory Compliance and Employee Relations to lead and strengthen our organization’s HR function.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations from recruitment to exit and Full & Final settlement
- Handle payroll, attendance, leave, incentives, deductions and HR MIS
- Manage PF/EPFO, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus & Labour Law compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes
- Manage employee relations, grievances, performance management and disciplinary matters
- Ensure accurate employee documentation and statutory records




- Coordinate with consultants, auditors and government authorities
- Prepare regular HR, payroll and compliance reports for management

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, PF, ESIC and payroll
- Ability to independently set up and manage HR systems and processes
- Strong Excel/HRMS skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities
- High ownership, professionalism and attention to detail
