Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive located in Dera Bassi. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for various positions across the organization. The individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job postings, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers,



and supporting offer negotiations in alignment with company policies. The role also includes contributing to employer branding initiatives, ensuring compliance with HR standards, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to assess role fit and make informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should have a solid understanding of talent acquisition practices, sourcing techniques, and basic HR policies.
- Candidates should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates should be proficient in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Candidates with prior experience in recruiting for marketing or corporate roles and familiarity with local talent markets in and around Dera Bassi will be an advantage.
