Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Rivaah Resort in Habibpur. This role oversees the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating staffing needs with department leaders, managing HR policies and procedures, handling grievance and conflict resolution, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and resort standards.
The Human Resources
Manager will also design and implement training and development initiatives, support workforce planning, and promote an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.
The role requires close collaboration with management to align HR strategies with operational and guest-service goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for hospitality or service-oriented environments.
- Experience with performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution, with a focus on fair and transparent practices.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations, including maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
- Ability to develop and deliver employee training, facilitate feedback sessions, and support professional development programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficiency with HR information systems, basic data reporting, and MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a resort, hotel, or hospitality setting is highly beneficial.
