Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations and support a diverse workforce across Ibex’s manufacturing and corporate functions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru South and involves managing recruitment and onboarding processes, including workforce planning, interviewing, and orientation for new team members. The HR Manager will administer HR policies, performance management cycles, and employee engagement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with labor laws, company standards, and certification requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures,



maintaining HR documentation and HRIS records, and coordinating payroll inputs and benefits administration in partnership with finance. The role also includes designing training and development programs, supporting health, safety, and environmental compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement in HR processes to align with Ibex’s culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policy implementation in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in HR systems, documentation, and data management, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Skills in training and development, workforce planning, and organizational development to support business growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work across levels and departments.
- Ability to collaborate with operations, quality, and EHS teams to support IATF, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001-related HR practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior HR leadership or managerial experience in manufacturing, engineering, or healthcare-related industries is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, drive process improvements, and maintain a high level of qualified integrity.
