We’re looking for an HR Manager who goes beyond traditional HR — someone who can lead teams, build strong hiring strategies, represent the organization confidently, and create an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

This is not just a recruitment role. You’ll be the face of our organization across campus drives, industry events, internal programs, and leadership discussions.

? Key Responsibilities:

? Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy

- Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function
- Build quarterly and annual hiring strategies
- Lead, mentor, and manage the TA team
- Track recruitment KPIs and team performance
- Manage job portals, vendors, and hiring partners

? Employer Branding & Visibility

- Strengthen the company’s presence across LinkedIn, job portals, and offline channels
- Develop campaigns that attract and engage top talent
- Build a strong and consistent employer brand

? Campus Hiring & Event Hosting

- Lead campus hiring strategies and university partnerships




- Conduct pre-placement talks, hiring drives, and open houses
- Deliver engaging presentations to large audiences
- Represent the organization at industry and talent events

? Performance Management

- Drive quarterly, half-yearly, and annual performance review cycles
- Partner with leadership on KPIs and talent calibration
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback and development
- Present workforce and performance insights to leadership

? Internal Communication & Leadership Visibility

- Host and anchor HR sessions and company events
- Create clear and engaging internal communications
- Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership

?️ Communication & Presence — Non-Negotiable

We’re looking for someone with:

- Exceptional verbal communication
- Strong public speaking and event-hosting skills
- Persuasive storytelling ability
- Executive presence and confidence
- Strong professional writing skills

✅ Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience in an IT company — mandatory

• Proven experience managing a Talent Acquisition function/team

• Hands-on experience in employer branding and campus hiring

• Experience with performance management processes

• Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools such as Zoho Recruit is a plus

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
