We are looking for a high-energy, full-time HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations on-site at our Biharsharif, Nalanda, Bihar plant.

- Location: Biharsharif, Nalanda, Bihar
- Type: Full-Time, In office
- Industry: Manufacturing / Distillery (Ethanol & Rice Mill)
- Remuneration: Best as per industry norms (Negotiable based on interview discussion)

? Key Responsibilities

- Hiring & Lifecycle Management: Drive recruitment, onboarding, and strategic workforce planning.
- Policy & Performance: Develop and implement HR policies, appraisals, and training programs.
- Compliance & Payroll: Ensure accurate payroll, statutory benefits, and strict PF/ESIC compliance.




- Attendance & Administration: Oversee daily attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and plant administration.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, industrial relations, and build a positive workplace culture.
- Reports & Audits: Maintain HR metrics, prepare analytical reports, and support regular audits.

⚡ What We Are Looking For

- Education: MBA in HR or a related Master's degree is mandatory.
- Experience: 5+ years as an HR Manager or Senior Generalist.
- Industry Background: Core experience in manufacturing, distillery, or large industrial setups.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, conflict resolution, MS Office, and HRIS tools.
