About ASIP Technologies:

ASIP Technologies is building an advanced semiconductor packaging and testing facility in Andhra Pradesh, contributing to India’s ambition to build a globally competitive semiconductor ecosystem.

As the organisation moves from project execution into large-scale operations, we are looking for an HR Manager who can build the talent pipeline, culture and workforce capabilities required for a high-performance semiconductor manufacturing environment. More about us on: www.asip-tech.com.

Role Purpose:

The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end HR delivery, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, HR operations, capability development, performance management and compliance.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role suited to an HR professional who is comfortable working in a fast-growing technology/manufacturing organisation and can translate business requirements into effective people practices.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Partner with business and functional leaders to understand current and future manpower requirements.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across engineering, semiconductor operations, quality, maintenance, supply chain, corporate and support functions.
- Build strong talent pipelines through campuses, lateral hiring, recruitment partners and technical institutions.

2. HR Operations

- Own day-to-day HR operations and ensure a seamless employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Establish robust HR processes, policies, documentation and employee records.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination,



employee documentation and HR MIS.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

- Build a strong, inclusive and performance-oriented culture from the early stages of the organisation.
- Design employee engagement initiatives that strengthen communication, belonging and retention.
- Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers.
- Drive internal communication initiatives and employee connect programmes.
- Identify employee concerns proactively and facilitate timely resolution.

4. Employee Relations & Compliance

- Manage employee relations and ensure a healthy and professional work environment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment regulations.
- Support implementation of workplace policies including POSH, Code of Conduct, disciplinary processes and grievance redressal.
- Liaise with external consultants, statutory authorities and service providers as required.

- HR Analytics: Establishing transparent, data-driven people metrics and dashboards.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management or equivalent.
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience.
- Solid experience in manufacturing, engineering, electronics, semiconductor, technology, ESDM or another highly technical environment.
- Demonstrated experience in high-growth organisations and/or setting up new teams or facilities.
