Role Description The Human Resources Management System Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing HRIS platforms, ensuring accurate employee data, and maintaining system integrity across the employee lifecycle. The specialist will configure HR workflows, support payroll and benefits data, generate HR reports and analytics, and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to improve processes.

Daily activities include troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with vendors or IT, documenting HRIS procedures,



training HR team members on system usage, and supporting compliance and audit requirements. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and HR efficiency.

Qualifications

- Solid Human Resources (HR) foundation, including experience with core HR operations and policies.
- Hands-on expertise with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related HR technology platforms.
- Analytical skills to interpret HR data, create reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and related HR processes.
- Understanding of Business Process design and improvement within HR functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services or NBFC environments is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
