At RITZLANE, we build more than outdoor furniture—we build teams, culture, and long-term careers. As we scale rapidly across India and global markets, we are looking for a people-first, process-strong HR Manager to lead our human resources function.

Role Overview The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations across corporate, sales, and factory teams, ensuring strong systems, compliance, culture, and employee engagement while partnering closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent & Hiring

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, design, and factory roles
- Build strong hiring processes, interview frameworks, and onboarding systems
- Work closely with founders and department heads on manpower planning

2. HR Operations & Compliance

- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leave policies, and statutory compliance
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, contracts, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory acts, and company policies

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

- Drive a high-performance, respectful, and transparent work culture
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Plan engagement initiatives, reviews, feedback systems, and team activities

4. Performance & Growth





- Implement appraisal systems, KPIs, and review cycles
- Support leadership in talent development, training, and succession planning
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning initiatives

5. Policy & Process Building

- Draft, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure consistency across factory and office teams
- Act as a trusted HR partner to leadership and employees alike

What We’re Looking For

- 3-5 years of HR experience (manufacturing or retail experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance
- Hands-on, ethical, and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and people-handling skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, founder-driven setting
