About the Role :We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and people management activities.

Responsibilities :

- Manage employee attendance, leaves, availability, work participation, and necessary follow-ups.
- Handle employee queries, coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment by screening candidates, conducting HR interviews, evaluating applicants, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Maintain employee, recruitment, attendance, and leave records with confidentiality.
- Support employee engagement, HR processes, and company policies.
- Coordinate with different teams and ensure timely completion of assigned HR activities.




- Identify HR-related issues and communicate them to the concerned team or management.

Requirements :

- Robust communication, organizational, coordination, and people-handling skills.
- Ability to take ownership, manage multiple responsibilities, and follow up effectively.
- Good problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and mature approach when dealing with employees and candidates.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Candidates from any academic background with strong management or people-handling abilities are welcome.
- Prior HR experience is not mandatory.

Internship Details :

- Duration: 2-6 Months
- Type: Training-Based Internship
- Commitment: Approximately 5 Hours/Day
- Stipend: Unpaid
- Experience: No Prior Experience Required
