BlackMass Energies is building the infrastructure layer for lithium-ion battery recycling, black mass processing, critical mineral recovery, hydrometallurgy, and circular supply chains .

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern to work closely with the founding team and help build the people and hiring function from the ground up.

You will get exposure to recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and startup culture .

This is an on-site role for someone who is energetic, organized, learns quickly, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment for interns and full-time employees.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, colleges, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer letters, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Support employee documentation and HR operations.
- Help build relationships with colleges, student communities,



and placement cells.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Assist in creating JDs, hiring posts, and recruitment content.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
- Work on HR projects and processes assigned by the founding team.

Prior HR experience is not mandatory. We care more about attitude, learning speed, communication, and execution ability .
