Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding documentation, and helping track attendance and leave. The role involves supporting HR policy implementation, gathering information on employee perks, and assisting with basic personnel management tasks such as organizing HR files and preparing reports.

The intern will also help schedule interviews, coordinate communication with candidates, and provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives. This position offers hands-on exposure to HR practices in a global EdTech organization and opportunities to learn from experienced HR professionals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.




- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess basic experience or coursework in Personnel Management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in en_US business communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with virtual teams.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with standard office productivity tools and willingness to learn HR software and digital collaboration platforms.
