Seamedu is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage and drive end-to-end HR operations within an educational environment.

? Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
- Employee on boarding & induction
- Attendance, leave & HRIS management
- Payroll support & statutory compliance
- Employee engagement & welfare initiatives
- Performance appraisal coordination
- Employee grievance handling & employee relations
- HR documentation, MIS & reporting
- Training & development coordination
- HR administration and management support

? What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 5 years of HR experience





✅ Experience in education/institutional setup preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll & statutory compliance

✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

✅ Strong recruitment, organizational and problem-solving skills
