What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, scheduling, closing
- Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
- Support day-to-day HR operations and payroll inputs
- Drive engagement activities and keep our culture strong
- Be the first point of contact for employee queries
What we're looking for:
- Graduate / MBA in HR or a related field
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR tools
- Organised, proactive, and valuable at juggling priorities
