We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our HR team, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition for Sales and Retail operations.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Gold / Jewellery Retail and should have a good understanding of hiring for retail sales and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Retail positions.
- Manage hiring requirements for Sales Executives, Product Managers and Store Managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
- Coordinate candidate communication, interview scheduling, follow-ups and offer discussions.
- Maintain an active pipeline of suitable candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and Operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per recruitment targets.




- Handle pre-joining and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring MIS.
- Build a robust talent pool of experienced professionals from the Gold & Jewellery Retail industry.
- Support other HR activities as and when required.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Gold / Jewellery Retail.
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment is preferred.
- Experience in hiring retail sales and store-level positions will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and recruitment portals.
- Candidates who can work across Velachery and Thoraipakkam locations are preferred.
