About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive / HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in Human Resources, good communication skills, and a basic understanding of finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Assist with recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.




- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, and other HR-related processes.
- Coordinate with different departments for employee-related requirements.
- Assist in basic HR reports and documentation.
- Handle other HR responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- MBA in HR preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Finance and accounting concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
