Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in a luxury 5-star hotel environment. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates across various hotel departments while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience and maintaining the hotel's employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for hotel positions including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Food Production, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Security, and Administration.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and hospitality institutes.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies within approved recruitment timelines.

Employer Branding
- Create and publish job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Promote the hotel's employer brand through social media and networking events.
- Participate in hotel job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and hospitality career events.

Documentation & Onboarding
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters,



and other joining documents.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

Recruitment MIS & Compliance
- Maintain recruitment trackers and monthly hiring reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Experience
- 25 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Hospitality, Hotel, Luxury Hotel, or QSR industry.
- Experience hiring for operational and managerial hotel positions.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels.
- Strong network within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary As per industry standards and candidate experience.
