Medinext Global LLC is looking for an experienced Human Resource to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees in a fast-paced work setting. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, strong English communication skills, and a solid understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

This is a full-time, on-site night shift position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Handle recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance records.
- Manage employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
- Assist with HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
- Coordinate with management on employee-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support other HR and administrative activities as required.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.




- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Understanding of employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR processes.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
- Comfortable working in an on-site night shift environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and standard HR tools.
