About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Coimbatore. This internship is an excellent opportunity for an MBA student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions and develop practical knowledge of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation..
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain relevant trackers.
- Support other HR projects and activities as assigned.

Requirements

- MBA - HR pursuing or recently graduated.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
