Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage PF, ESIC and statutory compliance.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and applicable regulations.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
- Handle attendance, leave and employee-related queries.




- Coordinate with management on HR operations and employee matters.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

- Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant qualification.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
- Solid knowledge of Recruitment, PF, Compliance, Labour Laws and HR Policies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
