Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead Employee Engagement and Employee Connect initiatives across the organization, while also supporting key CSR activities. The role will focus on strengthening workplace culture, improving employee experience, and building strong connections between employees and leadership through well-designed engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and drive employee engagement strategies and programs to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, recognition programs, and internal events.
- Facilitate employee connect programs such as town halls, skip-level meetings, leadership connects, and feedback forums.
- Work closely with business leaders and HR teams to enhance employee experience and participation in engagement initiatives.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback sessions, and help implement improvement initiatives.
- Drive internal communication campaigns to promote engagement programs and organizational initiatives.




- Support and coordinate CSR activities and employee volunteering programs in collaboration with relevant partners.
- Track and report engagement metrics and participation levels, and recommend ideas to improve employee involvement

Key Skills:

- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in driving employee engagement and internal connect initiatives.
- Excellent event planning, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to create innovative engagement ideas and campaigns.
- Good project management and organizational skills.

Experience & Qualification:

- 6-9 years of HR experience, with robust exposure to employee engagement, culture-building, and employee connect initiatives.
- Prior exposure to CSR activities or social impact initiatives will be an added advantage.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred

Please note that this is an office-based role for 5 days a week.
