We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HubSpot RevOps Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and a strong understanding of Revenue Operations (RevOps), CRM administration, sales enablement, pipeline management, process optimization, workflow automation, and reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing HubSpot CRM, improving sales processes, maintaining data integrity, building automation, and enabling revenue teams through scalable operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Operations & CRM Management

Audit, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM usage across sales teams.

Build and maintain scalable sales workflows, automation, lead routing logic, account segmentation, and handoff processes.

Improve CRM adoption by creating intuitive and operationally efficient workflows.

Monitor and improve playbook adherence, activity tracking, and sales process discipline.

Maintain CRM data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and operational consistency.

Configure and optimize CRM properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and automation to support business processes.

Sales Productivity & Enablement Operations

Build and maintain dashboards and reports for:

Pipeline generation

Activity-to-opportunity conversion ratios

Deal velocity

Quota attainment

Ramp-to-first-deal metrics

Support sales enablement initiatives to improve team productivity and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Develop documentation and best practices for CRM usage and RevOps processes.

CRM Reporting & Process Optimization

Design, maintain, and enhance CRM dashboards, reports, and analytics.





Monitor CRM performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM records.

Recommend and implement process improvements to support scalable revenue operations.

Market & Industry Awareness

Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features, RevOps trends, CRM best practices, and automation capabilities.

Research industry trends and recommend improvements to CRM processes and operational workflows.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), CRM Administration, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM. Experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Operations (RevOps), sales processes, lead lifecycle management, and CRM best practices.
- Experience creating CRM workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with CRM data management, reporting, and process optimization.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
