HR Specialist

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to manage and coordinate key HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Compliance, along with excellent communication and coordination skills.

The candidate should be flexible to support HR activities at both Bangalore and Wayanad locations, with Bangalore being the primary reporting location.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave and other HR-related processes.
- Coordinate onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit formalities.
- Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR-related concerns.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR requirements.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Manage offer, joining and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Payroll Management
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and verify attendance, leave, LOP and salary-related inputs.
- Ensure accurate payroll data and timely submission of payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with management/accounts team regarding salary-related matters.
- Maintain payroll records and employee compensation details.

HR Compliance
- Handle and maintain HR statutory compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate PF, ESI,



Qualified Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented properly.
- Maintain required compliance records and support during audits or inspections.
- Stay updated with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Employee Engagement & Team Coordination
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Promote positive employee relations and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Managers regarding employee-related matters.
- Support performance management, employee feedback and grievance handling.
- Take ownership of HR activities and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll and HR Compliance.
- Good understanding of Indian HR practices and applicable labour laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and employee-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Flexible to travel/support HR operations at Bangalore and Wayanad as required.
- Ability to work effectively with employees, managers and senior management.

Language Requirements Mandatory: Hindi, English, Kannada, Malayalam and Tamil.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Compensation ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience, skills and overall suitability.
