WE ARE HIRING – HR RECRUITER (DOMESTIC IT & NON-IT)

Location: PADUR, (OMR), Chennai

Experience: 1–3 Years in Recruitment (Candidate Profile Sourcing)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities for Domestic IT & Non-IT requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT & Non-IT positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process




- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of requirements

REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in Domestic IT & Non-IT Recruitment preferred
- Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn recruitment
- Knowledge of Boolean Search
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneousl
- Domestic hiring experience within India is mandatory

Candidates residing in or around Kelambakkam, Padur, Siruseri, Navalur, Thaiyur, Kovalam, Pudupakkam, and other nearby OMR areas are preferred.
