We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across engineering, technology, operations, and corporate functions. In this role, you will work closely with founders, department leads, and project managers to attract top-tier talent in environmental engineering, software development, site operations, and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations and onboarding.

- Requirements Gathering &
- Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with founders, technical leads, and engineering teams to understand hiring needs and write job descriptions.

- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Actively source niche environmental engineering talent (WTP/STP engineers, proposal engineers, EHS leads) and technical talent (software/Zoho developers, IoT engineers) via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and employee referrals.

- Screening &

- Assessment:

Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, assess cultural fit, and coordinate technical interview rounds with hiring managers.

- Pipeline Building: Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring core roles across project management, environmental consulting, and operations.

- Offer &

- Onboarding Management:

Handle salary negotiations, reference checks, offer letter generation,



and ensure a seamless candidate onboarding experience.

- Recruitment Analytics: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) using ATS tools and internal dashboards.

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.

- Experience: 2–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in engineering, environmental solutions, EPC, construction, or technical IT sectors.

- Domain Exposure: Familiarity with hiring technical engineering roles (WTP/STP, civil, environmental, EHS) as well as IT/tech roles is highly preferred.

- Sourcing Skills: Advanced knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter) and modern candidate search strategies.

- Communication &
- Negotiation:

Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.

- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office/Google Workspace, and Zoho apps (Zoho Recruit) is a robust plus.
