Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy & timely closure.

Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Laws & statutory compliance.

Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with site HR/Payroll teams for attendance, payroll inputs, and employee data.

Resolve payroll-related employee queries and maintain accurate payroll records.

Manage site coordination and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes across locations.

Prepare payroll MIS, compliance reports, and management dashboards.

Candidate Profile

8 to 15 years of experience in HR Payroll & Compliance





Strong hands-on experience in Payroll Processing & Statutory Compliance

Experience in Site HR / Multi-location Coordination preferred

Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS & Labour Compliance

Strong Excel & HRMS skills with excellent coordination abilities
