HR OFFICER / HR ASSISTANT

Role Description This full-time, Human Resources Officer/ Assistant role is based in Chennai.

The Human Resources

Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and exit procedures. The role involves administering HR policies, handling employee queries, supporting performance management cycles, and assisting with payroll inputs and benefits administration.

Executive will also help foster positive employee relations by supporting conflict resolution, organizing employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Collaboration with managers and other stakeholders to support workforce planning and HR initiatives is a key part of this position.

Qualifications / Preferences

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR functions and organizational objectives.
- Candidates should have sound experience in Talent acquisition.
- Should be experienced in PMS and HR related softwares like SAP/ ZING etc.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS usage, and coordination of day-to-day HR processes.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations to manage employee concerns, promote engagement, and support a positive workplace climate.
- Candidate should have the willingness to complete the assigned tasks on-time as per the Manager instructions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent and fair HR practices.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; familiarity with HR software; strong communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

IT ADMINISTRATOR Role Description The Information Technology Administrator is a full-time role based in Chennai.



This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the companys IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networks, firewall, backup solution and related hardware and software. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring systems, monitoring network performance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring data security and backup procedures are followed.

The Information Technology

Administrator will provide technical support to employees, manage user accounts and access rights, and coordinate with external vendors or service providers when needed. The role also involves documenting configurations and procedures, implementing updates and patches, and contributing to projects that improve stability, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications / Preferences

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Network Administration skills, including basic routing, switching, firewall configuration, and network monitoring.
- Candidates should possess System Administration skills covering operating system installation, configuration, patching, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess a broad understanding of Information Technology principles, including security best practices, backup and recovery, and asset management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are beneficial.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA and AWS, Network+, Microsoft, or similar) are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Chennai, and a customer-focused approach to internal support are essential.




- Experience in managing mid-sized to big IT environments and familiarity with common business applications and productivity tools is preferred.

ACCOUNTS OFFICER The Account Officer role is a full time, in office position based in Chennai. The Account Officer will manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate records, employee related statutory compliances such as PT, EPF, Gratuity and other benefits. This role involves monitoring accounts, reconciling transactions, and assisting with budgeting and cash flow tracking, GST process, IT process and monthly employee salary processing. The Account Officer will interact with internal teams and external stakeholders to address account-related queries, provide customer service, and ensure timely resolution of issues. The role also includes supporting audits, adhering to compliance requirements, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function.

Qualifications / Preferences

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and the preparation and interpretation of Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, and supporting decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with stakeholders and preparing reports.
- Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, Tally; familiarity with ERP systems / SAP is an advantage.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and follow regulatory and organizational policies.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, especially in a corporate or service-oriented environment, is beneficial.
