About the Role

High-ownership HR role responsible for end-to-end recruitment across all open positions, quality screening, and smooth HR operations. Ideal for someone target-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working directly with founders.

What You'll Do

I Talent Acquisition

- Draft JDs and manage job postings across relevant platforms
- Source candidates through job boards, communities, WhatsApp hiring groups, and agency relationships
- Run first-level screening calls for all roles — assess role fit, communication, and cultural alignment
- Own full recruitment lifecycle for operations roles: sourcing → screening → coordination → offer → joining




- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and strong conversion ratios

II HR Ops

- Manage onboarding: documentation, kit and laptop handover
- Maintain HR records, trackers, and employee documentation
- Own office policies and ensure day-to-day compliance
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of professional work experience
- Knows the right platforms to find the right talent — and finds creative ways to source
- Comfortable giving direct feedback to founders
- Strong communicator with sharp judgment on people
- Active in hiring communities and networks
- Maintains relationships with recruitment agencies for volume hiring needs
- Organised, reliable, and proactive in a quick-paced setup
