We’re Hiring: HR & Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and creative HR & Employer Branding Executive to join our growing team.

This role will primarily focus on HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration, along with employer branding, social media, and content creation. You will work closely with HR, Operations, Delivery, Sales, and Leadership. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable taking ownership of both HR activities and company branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
- Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, probation, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
- Assist with monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, incentives, adjustments, and deductions.
- Support HR policies, employee queries, and applicable compliance requirements such as PF/EPF, Professional Tax, POSH, and other statutory processes.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, company events, performance management, and workplace initiatives.
- Prepare HR documents, job descriptions, evaluation forms, policies, and employee communications.

Employer Branding & Social Media

- Strengthen the company's employer brand by showcasing culture, employees, achievements, and workplace initiatives.
- Manage company LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar and publish engaging content consistently.
- Create content for hiring campaigns, employee achievements, events, certifications, milestones, and company updates.
- Write captions, blogs, newsletters, announcements,



and promotional content.
- Coordinate with designers and teams for graphics, videos, photography, and other marketing assets.
- Support website updates, events, webinars, and digital marketing initiatives.

Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Sales, Delivery, and Leadership to gather company updates and success stories.
- Convert project milestones, customer success stories, partnerships, and achievements into suitable content.
- Track social media and employer-branding performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Suggest improvements based on engagement and analytics.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, employer branding, marketing, communications, or social media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and HR compliance.
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Highly organized with solid attention to detail.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- HRMS/HR software experience is preferred.

Freshers with a strong portfolio and demonstrated skills in HR, content creation, social media, or employer branding may also be considered.
