About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and drive end-to-end HR functions for our organisation. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee management, HR operations, performance management, and building a positive workplace culture.

Candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Work closely with department heads and leadership to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Develop and maintain effective HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and help build a positive and productive work culture.
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and other HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS,



and workforce analytics for management.
- Support learning, development, training, and employee growth initiatives.
- Work with leadership on workforce planning and organisational development.
- Assist in developing employee retention strategies and improving overall employee experience.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in HR/People Management.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager / HRBP / Senior HR professional.
- Experience handling end-to-end HR functions.
- Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of performance management and HR operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR priorities.
- Real estate / PropTech industry experience is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from Wakad, Pune.
