Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Manage monthly payroll, attendance, leave, salary inputs, and deductions.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Labour Laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, attendance, payroll, and statutory data.
- Plan and conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and employee-related matters.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development activities.
- Monitor attendance, leave,



discipline, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
- Support internal and external HR/statutory audits.
- Guide HR team members and manage day-to-day HR operations.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR / Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in Payroll and Attendance Management.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Law compliance.
- Experience in Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.
- Valuable knowledge of HR documentation and MIS.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Candidates from Apparel / Textile / Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
