Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's goals and values

- Provide guidance and support to regional and local HR teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Collaborate with Senior management at the country level and regional level to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all positions in the region
- Work closely with local HR teams to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure the complete history of each employee in the system to prepare L&D; for their development, succession plan
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive strategies to address issues
- Ensure that all HR policies and practices (as per local law requirements and Corporate Head quarters guidelines) are in place, updated periodically in line with the guidance from the Corporate Head quarters and communicated effectively to employees and managers;
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and other HRrelated matters. Ensure timely performance appraisals, both mid-term & year end
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conflict management is effectively handled for appropriate actions/solutions, conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations as necessary
- handle the Industrial relations practices including management of Labour union,



and ensure all are in full compliance to applicable laws and reported to the internal & external stakeholders periodically;
- Work with all the relevant regulatory bodies and law makers to ensure full compliance with the rules & regulations

- - work collaboratively with Corporate Head quarters for all the requirements and Participate in HR projects and initiatives

Qualification & Competency

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and MBA in HR or related field

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years of experience as a HR Manager with multi-site HR management role
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations of India
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- A cool, composed and matured individual, Team handling, able to handle pressure and crisis situations with ease
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Experience working in a global, multi-cultured, or matrixed organization is a plus
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is preferred
- Candidates from Manufacturing sector and strong IR experience (Labour/factory matters) is desireable
