Preferred candidate profile

Education: Pursuing or recently completed - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA (HR), MSW (HR), PGDM (HR), or any Human Resources specialization.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities.
