Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain employee and recruitment records
- Support day-to-day HR activities
- Assist the HR team with onboarding and documentation
Requirements
- Any Graduate / MBA HR / MSW HR preferred
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to learn and develop HR skills
- Freshers are welcome to apply
