About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and employer branding. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.

● Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

● Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.

● Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

● Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

● Post job openings on various hiring platforms.

● Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

● Support HR projects and administrative tasks as required.

Eligibility





● Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human

Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

● Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.

● Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

● Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

● Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

● Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
