Stipend: No Stipend

Duration: 3 months

Role Description The HR Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting day-to-day human resources activities for the foundation.

Responsibilities include assisting with maintaining employee records, drafting and updating HR documentation, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and processes. The intern will help coordinate onboarding activities, support communication regarding employee benefits and guidelines, and assist with personnel data management. Additional tasks may include assisting with documentation,



reports and contributing to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.

This role is designed to provide practical HR experience in a purpose-driven, nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and an interest in nonprofit or social impact organizations.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and Personnel Management to support daily HR operations and employee-related processes.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills to handle multiple HR tasks accurately.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in community service, social responsibility, or philanthropic work is an added advantage.
