Job Title : HR & Finance Associate

Location : Anna Nagar, Chennai, TN (Onsite only)

Shift : US Shifts only, 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (IST), Monday – Friday

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR & Finance Associate to support daily HR and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee records, payroll support, invoicing,

accounts management, and maintaining financial documents.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Support payroll processing and salary preparation.
- Handle recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate employee training and orientation programs.
- Assist employees with HR-related queries.

Finance Responsibilities

- Prepare and send monthly client invoices.
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).




- Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Record and monitor company expenses.
- Maintain financial records and supporting documents.
- Process vendor payments and keep payment records up to date.
- Track monthly recurring payments and renewals.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, Finance, or Administration.
- Knowledge of payroll, invoicing, AP/AR, and expense management.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Solid communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
