Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- End to end Recruitment Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Scheduling, Selection of the candidates and bringing the recruitment offers to a Successful closure with follow-up till the on-boarding.
- Sourcing Candidates from various portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other social sites.
- Close Co-ordination with stake holders.
- Ready to work under pressure environment
- Handling first round of interviews to assess the candidate s competencies and attitude.
- Support in employee engagement and administrative tasks
