About the Role

Indian Electricals is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in recruitment coordination, joining and exit formalities, attendance and payroll inputs, statutory records, and employee documentation

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the vacancy tracker, including open positions, sourcing status, candidate pipeline, interview scheduling, feedback, offers, and joining follow-ups.
- Coordinate with department heads, candidates, and consultancies throughout the recruitment process.
- Complete joining formalities, including documentation, appointment letters, employee master creation, and induction.
- Verify attendance, leave, late marks, overtime, and absence data before payroll cutoff.
- Prepare accurate payroll inputs, including joining, exit, deduction, and arrears cases.
- Prepare monthly PF and ESIC data and coordinate with consultants or CA for statutory filings.
- Track employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfer, resignation, exit, no-dues, relieving, and final settlement inputs.
- Maintain employee files and policy acknowledgements.
- Support HR policy rollout and prepare HR MIS covering recruitment, attendance, attrition, joining, exit, and pending items.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of practical HR operations experience.
- Experience in payroll inputs, attendance management, PF, ESIC, recruitment coordination, and employee documentation.
- Experience coordinating multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to create and maintain HR trackers.
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle confidential salary and employee information.
- Comfortable interacting with office, field, and warehouse staff.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- HR operations or labour law certification is an added advantage.
- HRMS experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Marathi or Hindi communication skills will be an advantage.
