HR Executive – Requirements
✅ Position: HR Executive
✅ Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources
✅ Industry Preference: Experience in the Construction Industry will be an added advantage
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and employee management
- Attendance and payroll coordination
- HR documentation and compliance
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
✅ Skills Required:
- Robust problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
✅ Location Preference:
- Candidates from Calicut are highly preferred
✅ Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
