Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &

- Talent Sourcing

- Understand staffing requirements from the Principal, Coordinators, and Department Heads.

- Prepare and publish job descriptions for teaching and non-teaching vacancies.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, skilled networks, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and educational networks.

- Build and maintain a strong database of qualified teachers and support staff.

- Proactively source candidates for current and future vacancies.

1. Candidate Screening

- Review resumes and applications based on educational qualifications, experience, skills, and school requirements.

- Conduct initial telephonic/online screening interviews.

- Shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation.

- Verify qualifications, experience, and other relevant credentials.

1. Interview &
- Selection Coordination

- Schedule interviews with the Principal, HR team, Coordinators, and Department Heads.

- Coordinate demo classes and subject-specific assessments for teaching candidates.

- Maintain candidate evaluation and interview records.

- Collect feedback from interview panels and communicate selection decisions to candidates.

- Negotiate salary and joining terms within approved school policies.

1. Offer &
- Joining Process

- Prepare and coordinate offer letters and appointment documentation.

- Complete pre-employment verification and reference checks.

- Coordinate joining formalities and collection of required documents.

- Ensure selected candidates complete the onboarding process on time.

- Maintain accurate recruitment and joining records.

1. Recruitment MIS &
- Reporting

- Maintain a recruitment tracker for all vacancies.

- Prepare regular reports on:

- Open positions

- Candidates sourced

- Candidates shortlisted

- Interviews conducted

- Demo classes completed

- Selected candidates

- Offers released

- Candidates joined

- Track recruitment timelines and follow up on pending positions.

1. Candidate &
- Employee Experience





- Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Coordinate with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining dates.

- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.

1. Recruitment Planning

- Maintain a talent pipeline for frequently required positions such as:

- Primary Teachers

- TGT/PGT Teachers

- Subject Teachers

- Pre-Primary Teachers

- Special Educators

- Counselors

- Coordinators

- Administrative Staff

- Receptionists

- Support Staff

- Assist management with manpower planning and recruitment forecasts.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.

- 1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a school, educational institution, or similar organization.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

- Good understanding of recruitment processes.

- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

- Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Excellent MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

- Professional, organized, and target-oriented approach.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting teachers and school staff.

- Knowledge of education-sector recruitment.

- Experience using job portals and recruitment platforms.

- Strong local candidate network.

- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of positions successfully closed.

- Average time taken to close vacancies.

- Quality of candidates hired.

- Candidate-to-selection conversion rate.

- Offer-to-joining ratio.

- Recruitment cost effectiveness.

- Candidate pipeline strength.

- Hiring manager satisfaction.

- Employee retention during the initial employment period.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
