About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent sourcing, while supporting overall people management within the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring, employee lifecycle management, and building strong relationships across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment — from job posting to offer rollout

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and professional networks

- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers

- Manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth joining experience for recent hires

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

- Support people management initiatives — employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention efforts

- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR reports





- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day HR support

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring and workforce requirements

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)

- Prior experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and onboarding — preferably from an EdTech or university/higher-education background

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines and priorities simultaneously

- People-first mindset with a good understanding of employee engagement practices

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
