Job Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory and office staff.
2. Manage attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling.
3. Coordinate payroll processing with the accounts department.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.
5. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
6. Maintain HR records and documentation.
7. Conduct onboarding and induction programs.
8. Manage workforce planning and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
3. Experience in payroll and attendance systems.
4. Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
5. Positive organizational and coordination skills.

Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
- Graduate with relevant HR experience can also apply.
