Position: HR Generalist -Only female can apply

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities and support employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee queries.
- Support payroll and HR-related processes.
- Handle employee engagement and grievance management.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR data.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and employee relationship management skills.




- Positive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and applicable labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other HR-related tools.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a professional and people-oriented approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
