Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for for internal hiring for IT and non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to source potential candidates from various industries.
- Prepare MIS reports using Excel to track recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or non-IT recruitment.
- Robust understanding of sourcing strategies and techniques (cold calling, social media).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel.
