HR Compliance Executive
Client: IBM
Position: HR Compliance Executive
Location: Noida
Work Mode: Work From Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 Years
Working Days: 5/6 Days as per business requirement
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance Executive to support HR compliance and statutory operations for the IBM client account. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting payroll compliance, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage and coordinate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Maintain statutory registers, records and compliance documentation.
- Track statutory due dates and ensure timely filing, payment and documentation.
- Coordinate with statutory consultants, government authorities and internal HR/payroll teams.
- Monitor regulatory updates and highlight relevant changes.
Payroll Compliance
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate statutory deductions and contributions.
- Verify PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other payroll-related compliance.
- Support monthly payroll validation and reconciliation.
- Verify employee master data and statutory information.
- Assist in resolving employee queries related to statutory deductions.
Employee Lifecycle Compliance
- Ensure complete documentation during employee onboarding and exit.
- Verify employee records, KYC and statutory information.
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases.
- Update records related to transfers, salary changes and employee exits.
- Support HR teams in maintaining compliance throughout the employee lifecycle.
Audit & Reporting
- Prepare monthly compliance MIS and reports.
- Maintain documentation required for internal and external audits.
- Support compliance audits and statutory inspections.
- Identify compliance gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure all compliance records are accurate, updated and audit-ready.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Compliance, Payroll Compliance or HR Operations.
- Strong practical knowledge of Indian statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and payroll compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/payroll systems.
- Solid analytical, documentation and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience supporting large corporate accounts will be an advantage.
