We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can independently manage complete HR operations in a BPO/KPO environment. Must Have2–3+ years of complete HR Generalist / HR Operations experience International Calling experience is mandatory Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws HR documentation and employee records management HR policy creation and implementation Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Employee engagement and retention Payroll, attendance and leave coordination Team handling/leadership experience Excellent communication skills BPO/KPO or 24/7 work workplace experience preferred Important: Candidates whose experience is mainly limited to recruitment will not be considered. The candidate must be capable of independently handling the complete HR function.
